Cool, yeasty, slightly herbaceous-vegetal nose with light, citrus yellow fruit flavors. Clear, juicy, surprisingly fresh fruit on the palate, lively acidity, moderate sweetness, vegetal notes, herbaceous and floral notes, still yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, has a lot of bite and a delicate touch, very good, firm, juicy finish with a long finish. In amazing, downright youthful condition.
