Wine Review Report
Very good (89 WP)
22 December 2018
Citrus and stone fruit on the nose, herbaceous and floral aromas, mineral traces, hint of red berries, light green vegetal traces. Fairly firm, juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, green vegetal and herbaceous notes, lively acidity, prominent sugar candy, floral traces, hint of red berries, some yellow spice, mineral notes in the background, medium body, quite creamy, but also has firm bite, restrained tannic grip, hint of bacon, waxy notes, some yellow spice, mineral, floral and herbaceous notes on a very good and fairly sweet finish. Currently appears to be in an interim phase, with the sugar rather obvious, and not completely integrated.
