Cool, floral, herbaceous-vegetable and mineral nose with fine, light yellow-fruity notes and clear minerality. Tight, sweet-tart fruit with enormous acidity and clearly planty to herbal notes, a little rough tannin, some persistence, minerality in the background, green notes and also a trace of dark berries, quite clearly gooseberry, good persistence, also in the finish still rough and with almost dominating acidity

Best to drink: Mitte 2021 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
