Translate to English Herbe, deutlich vegetabile, auch etwas reduktiv wirkende Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Noten, einer Spur Erdbeeren, Kräutern und erdiger Mineralik. Griffige, trockene Frucht im Mund, vegetabile und erdige Noten, leicht hefige Würze, feine, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff, erdige und salzige Mineralik, fast ein wenig metallische Anklänge, relativ nachhaltig, hat Zug und etwas reifen Gerbstoff, eher kompromissloser Stil, nicht ewig tief, guter bis sehr guter, mineralischer Abgang mit Cassisnoten.
