2016 Forst Jesuitengarten Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Dried-vegetal to herbaceous, nutty, hint of yeasty and delicate woody fragrance with calm, yellow fruit aromas, a little tobacco, pepper, mustard seeds and a lot of earthy mineral notes. Firmly kneaded, polished and very juicy, slightly sweetish fruit with very fine, but firm acidity, yeasty notes and again herbaceous-vegetable aromas, mustard cucumber and a little dill, some light wood in the background, intense mineral notes, persistent and deep, still barely developed, Distinctive, very concentrated yet elegant, orange zest in the background, has plenty of excitement, very good to long, firm, juicy and mineral finish.
