Delicate, roasted notes, slightly tart, fairly cool, cherries, red and black berries, slightly smoky and spicy notes, cedar and tobacco notes, some mineral notes in the background. Powerful, tart and juicy and also slightly jammy in the mouth, some smoky and roasted oak, firm, still slightly astringent tannins, persistent on the palate, cedar nuances, traces of tobacco and herbs, mineral notes in the background, still very slightly cheesy-lactic notes , lots of grip and also bite, noticeable, but integrated alcohol, chocolate aromas and vanilla, very good, slightly jammy, spicy and alcoholic finish.
