2013 Bissersheim Spätburgunder trocken Fundament {49°32'N,8°12'0}, Pfalz, Germany

Cool, quite polished, delicately tart nose, red berries and cherries with dried-on floral traces. Clear, polished, cool fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, herbaceous and vegetal notes, some yeasty traces, delicate acid bite, very fine tannins, persistent, very harmonious, mineral traces, refreshing, good to very good finish. Skillfully.
