Translate to English Noch etwas reduktiver, fester, leicht hefiger und holziger Duft mit deutlich vegetabilen und auch gelbfruchtigen Noten, heller Mineralik, sowie etwas Senf und Dill. Ganz trocken und noch etwas gedeckt im Mund, nussige, hefige und moderat holzige Aromen, Schmelz und gewisse Alkoholwärme, feine Säure, mürber, ein wenig sandiger Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, herbe Kräuter, pfeffrige und mineralische Töne, leicht kreidig im Hintergrund, ziemlich fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang.
