Clear citrus fragrance with some stone and pomaceous fruit, delicate sugar candy notes, rhubarb and floral and vegetal nuances. Tart, still undeveloped fruit on the palate, light nutty and prominent yeasty notes, some lemon verbena and fennel, lively, elegant acidity, still a little tart on the palate, mushroomy notes, salty and light earthy mineral notes in the background, still undeveloped, delicate vegetal notes, more rhubarb , has some bite, some salt, good to very good finish.
