Translate to English Leicht getrocknet-floraler, zart gewürziger und kräuteriger Duft nach roten Beeren und Kirschen mit etwas Granatapfel und Weinbergspfirsich, Speck, Pfeffer, Havannatabak und mineralischen Tönen. Klare, geschliffene, recht saftige Frucht mit nussiger Holzwürze, etwas Kakao und einem Hauch Kaffee, feine Säure und mürb-sandiges, noch jugendliches Tannin, ein Hauch Speck im Hintergrund, rauchige und kräuterige Nuancen und sehr feine pfeffrige Töne, wieder auch Steinobst, nachhaltig, noch unentwickelt, im Hintergrund Kreide und Salz, etwas Tiefe, gezügelte Kraft, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss und erdigen Tönen.
