Translate to English Kühle, noch etwas hefig-gedeckte, pflanzliche Nase mit Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen sowie angedeuteter gelber Würze. Etwas speckig, pflanzlich und wieder ziemlich hefig im Mund, rauchige Noten, viel Apfel, ein wenig Wurzelgemüse, lebendige Säure, noch leicht gedeckt auch am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Griff, eher unentwickelt, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang.
