Slightly greasy and vegetal, also yeasty notes with restrained, tart yellow fruit notes, mushy traces and moderate wood notes. Ripe, juicy, quite dry fruit on the palate, light-bodied oak, nutty notes, hint of yellow spice and vegetal traces, salty mineral notes in the background, floral traces, hint of white pepper, polished, has some depth, oily traces, very good, firm finish.
