Translate to English Vegetabile und etwas erdige Nase mit Zitrus- und Apfelnoten sowie etwas Holunder. Klare, feinsaftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, feine Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, leichter Gerbstoff am Gaumen, dadurch ein wenig gedeckt, im Hintergrund erdig, nicht allzu tief, eine Spur rauer Abgang.
