Sweetish, a little wilt-floral and yellow-spicy scent of partly candied yellow fruits with clear aromas of partly wilt flowers and a little mustard cucumber. Slightly muted, sweetish fruit, vegetal, wilt-floral and yellow-spicy flavours, noticeable tannin, certain acidity, some persistence, mineral hints, slightly rough, sweet-sour kind, good to very good, only again not quite harmonious finish with sweet-sour fruit, rock candy and also a little rough phenolic

Editor note: Light herbaceous, delicate nutty and wilted floral notes on the nose, partly dried yellow fruit, hint of yellow spice, earthy and mineral notes. Juicy and spicy on the palate, ripe fruit, elegant, lively acidity, some more yellow spice, persistent and gripping, slightly sandy tannins, some depth, sweetish sugar candy notes, hint of wax, floral traces, more wilted floral notes on a very good sweetish, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Würziger, kräuteriger und mineralischer Duft nach Steinobst und kandierten Zitrusfrüchten. Klare, recht saftige und wieder auch würzige Frucht, deutliche Kräuternoten, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Kohlensäure und völlig unnötige Süße, griffig-würzige Mineralität am Gaumen, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und etwas Tiefe, saftiger und würziger, leider auch wieder unpassend süßer Abgang. Wäre ohne den merklichen Zucker vermutlich noch wesentlich beeindruckender.
