Firm, nutty and slightly buttery aroma of ripe pome and stone fruit with mushroomy nuances reminiscent of herbal pickles, dark smoky nuances and a little bacon. Clear, ripe, rather juicy fruit, fine nutty and smoky wood notes, quite lively, polished acidity, again herbal pickles, distinct mineral tones, salted caramel, hints of mocha, restrained power, has bite, very good, again juicy and spicy finish with some pull. In top form; still completely ageless.

Editor note: Light nutty, spicy oak on the nose, yeasty, herbaceous and vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light mineral notes, floral traces. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty aromas, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, herbaceous traces, light toasted notes, some lavender, very elegant acidity, cool mineral notes, persistent, good substance, still young, dfelicately sweetish and creamy, smoky traces, light grip, quite full-bodied, dark oak on a very good finish.
