Fairly cool nose, tart herbaceous and mineral notes, restrained, fairly elegant yellow fruit, peppery traces. Concentrated, very juicy fruit on the palate, still undeveloped, yeasty and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, lively, elegant acidity, firm grip, persistent and deep, floral traces, more peppery notes and some yellow spice, complex, intense salty mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, some bite and grip, elegant fruit on a very good, firm finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
