Firm nose, yeasty and prominent mineral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, light floral notes, herbaceous notes, touch of mustard seed. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, still slightly yeasty, lively acidity, fresh floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes in the background, some grip, persistent, some depth, still young, lively style, light touch of red and black berries, very good, firm, juicy, spicy finish.
