Fairly mature nose, nutty and vegetal notes, yellow spice, buttery traces, light oak, yellow fruit. Full-bodied and tart on the palate, nutty and buttery notes, hint of bacon, fairly prominent oak and vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, light tannicgrip, noticeable high alcohol, fairly persistent, hint of bacon, rustic style, not particularly deep, salty traces on a good, tart finish.
