Translate to English Recht fester, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, zart floraler und mineralischer Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen, etwas erdigen und mineralischen Tönen. Reife, etwas schmelzige, feinsaftige FRucht, kräuterige und florale Noten, deutliche, etwas salzige und auch erdige Mineralik, sehr feine Säure und verhaltener, mürber Gerbstoff, pfeffrige Noten am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter, leicht nussiger, vegetabiler und wieder mineralischer Abgang mit etwas Wärme.
