Firm, tart nose, dried vegetal and yeasty notes, intense mineral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light herbaceous notes, hint of dried flowers. Vary firm again on the palate, fairly cool, tart, juicy fruit, fairly prominent acidity, fine sandy tannins, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, yeasty, hint of black berries, deep mineral foundation, complex tart spicy notes, still largely undeveloped, persistent, good depth, grip and bite on a very good tart, long finish.
