Fairly cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light floral traces, yeasty traces, light earthy and mineral notes. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, peppery spice, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, tannins still slightly rough, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, delicate bitter touch, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, persistent, opens up with aeration, becomes more firm and elegant, good to very good finish.
