Ripe dry fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light vegetal aromas with a touch of root vegetables, lively acidity, floral notes, hint of dark berries, light tannic touch, fairly prominent mineral notes, delicate bitter touch, medium body, good to very good finish. Needs some time to mature.
