Im Mund eingemachte gemischte Beeren, roten Mirabellen und Schokolade, pflanzliche und erdige Töne, leicht stängelig Nuancen im Hintergrund, lebendige Säure, feinkörniges Tannin, wieder Anklänge an Kräuter und Zitrusfrüchte, sorgfältig gemacht, ordentlicher Abgang.
