Recht kühl wirkende, zartsüße Frucht mit vegetabilen und erdigen Tönen, sehr feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit Gaumen, Kräuternoten, ganz leicht brotige Töne, mineralisch, guter Abgang.
