Polished, developed, tart, juicy fruit with vegetal notes reminiscent of blackcurrant leaves, moderate mellowness, fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent, hint of smoky and nutty, distinct minerality, a hint of flint, very good finish with fine juice, bite, minerality and smoky spice.
