Firm and quite deep, developed, clearly fine-vegetable nose with yellow fruity aromas, some redcurrants and redcurrant leaves with some yellow spice, a hint of mustard pickles and restrained woody spice. Polished, developed, tart, juicy fruit with vegetal notes reminiscent of blackcurrant leaves, moderate mellowness, fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent, hint of smoky and nutty, distinct minerality, a hint of flint, very good finish with fine juice, bite, minerality and smoky spice. In amazing form, wonderful to drink now.

Editor note: Translate to English Herbe, deutlich grün-vegetabile und leicht erdige Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, ein wenig Kräutern und mineralischen Anklängen. Herbem, feinsaftige, eher kühle Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, noch eine Spur Hefe, lebendige Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, helle Mineralik, hat Biss, sehr guter, wieder herber Abgang.
