Translate to English Duft nach teils eingekochten roten Beeren mit deutlichen Kandisnoten, einer Spur Malz, vegetabilen Aromen sowie etwas Mineralik. Klare, herbe, dabei zartsaftige Frucht im Mund, leichte Kandistöne, etwas rauchiges Holz und feinsandige, leicht trocknende Tannine, zarter Säurebiss, nicht sehr tief, aber sorgfältig gemacht, feinherber und leicht säuerlicher Abgang mit grün-vegetabilen Noten.
