Translate to English Leicht erdige und rauchige, vegetabile Kernobstnase, dazu etwas Nuss und Heu. Kompakt und leicht herb, eher kühle, teils eingemachte Frucht nach Quitten, Apfel und Melone, pflanzlicher Hintergrund, wiederum ein wenig erdig, präsente Säure, zitronig und ein wenig eckig im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
