Firm, yeasty, slightly nutty and spicy fragrance with tart yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and some minerality. Fine juicy, rather cool, very dry fruit, yeasty and herbaceous aromas, floral nuances, a hint of candy, some touch of ripe tannin, fine acidity, good persistence, light mineral notes, very good, firm, tart finish with draught and chalky tones
