They are planted to 70% with the white varieties Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muller Thurgau, Scheurebe, Auxerrois and Gewürztraminer, and to 30% with the red varieties St. Laurent, Dornfelder, Portuguese, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Dorio , It is consistently environmentally friendly viticulture with for example greening Fertilization only after soil examination and real needs, as well as abandonment herbicides and insecticides practiced. The development of white wines is usually in stainless steel containers to achieve optimum fruit. Most of the wines are dry-aged.
