Translate to English Getrocknet-pflanzliche und etwas hefige Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Noten und einem Hauch schwarzer Beeren. Fruchtig, hefig und pflanzlich im Mund, noch leicht gedeckt und rau, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, einen Hauch krautig-laktisch im Hintergrund, leicht phenolisch, ordentlicher Abgang mit etwas Saft. Sollte noch ein paar Wochen reifen.
