2006 Zweigelt trocken Selection, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Dried and ripe red berries on the nose, slightly muted vegetal and earthy notes, touch of old oak. Quite firm on the palate with fairly prominent fruit, good structure and has some substance, slightly rustic style, hint of soup greens, integrated tannins, attractive to good finish.
