Fairly mature nose, vegetal and light floral notes, nutty traces, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, tart, fairly restrained fruit on the palate, partly dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, touch of oak, persistent, has substance, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon in the background, salty notes, ripe tannins provide firm grip, very good, tart, juicy, elegant, spicy, mineral finish. Currently in peak condition.

Reife, etwas schmelzige Frucht mit herben erdigen und pflanzlichen Tönen, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, leicht ins Salzige gehende mineralische Töne, ein wenig Suppenkräuter und ein Hauch Pfeffer, guter, mineralischer Abgang.
