2017 Grauburgunder trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, delicate floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate pappery traces, partly preserved yellow fruit, touch of apricots and asparagus. Fairly polished, juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and delicate yeasty traces, very elegant, lively acidity, delicately creamy, light grip, good persistence, light mineral notes, hint of nut butter, light acid bite on a very good, fresh, juicy finish with a touch of mandarines.
