Translate to English Röstig-holziger, gebrannt-nussiger und leicht rußiger Duft nach überreifen und eingekochten Zwetschgen und dunklen Beeren mit ledrigen und erdigen Noten. Sehr reife, kompottige Frucht mit röstigem bis rußigem Holz, wieder gebrannte Nüsse am Gaumen, präsentes, relativ mürbes, teils auch trocknendes Tannin, Kakao- und Kaffeenoten, gute Nachhaltigkeit, viel Alkohol, etwas Speck, auch im Abgang kompottig, rußig-röstig und alkoholisch.
