2016 Pinot Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Yeasty nose, still largely undeveloped, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, light floral traces, some white pepper. Straightforward, cool, tart citrussy fruit on the palate, some apple and hard peaches, vegetal notes reminiscent of celery, light herbaceous notes, white currants and light nutk, fairly persistent, slightly bitter notes of ashes, floral traces, good finish.
