Teils mürbe gelbe Frucht im Mund, salzige, wieder kräuterige und vegetabile Noten, an geschmorten Kohl erinnernd, lebendige Säure, relativ nachhaltig am Gaumen, hefige und florale Spuren, etwas Gerbstoff, ordentlicher, leicht rauer Abgang.
