Translate to English Herber, etwas tabakig-holzwürzige, kräuterige und erdige Nase nach schwarzen Beeren, etwas schwarzen Oliven und Pfeffer mit mineralischen Tönen. Straffe, herb-saftige, dunkle Frucht, zedriges und etwas röstiges Holz, wieder auch Pfeffer, feinsandiges, noch präsentes Tannin, ein Hauch Speck, nachhaltig, griffig, gute Tiefe, salzige Mineralik, hat noch immer Frische, gewisser Säurebiss, gute Tiefe, rußige Spuren, Kraft, aber keine Schwere, sehr guter, straffer, herb-saftiger und etwas röstiger Abgang.

Editor note: Tart nose, earthy and mineral notes, partly preserved black and some red berries, slightly nutty, spicy oak, vegetal notes, spicy and smoky notes. Tart again on the palate, quite firm, ripe, slightly jammy fruit, nutty, toasted oak, smoky with light sooty notes, earthy and vegetal notes, touch of bell peppers, fine, dusty, slightly astringent tannins, light acid bite, goor persistence, very good finish.

Editor note: Nose still slightly reductive, tart and smoky, initially some lactic and volatile notes, with aeration becomes more clear and deep, black berries, prominent earthy and mineral notes, vegetal traces. Youthful, juicy firm fruit on the palate, very fine and fairly prominent tannins, light vegetal and earthy notes, prominent mineral notes, persistent with excellent depth, firm structure, still undeveloped, very good long finish.
