Deep, complex nose, currently still fairly closed, dried vegetal notes, tobacco, herbaceous and nutty notes, restrained firm yellow fruit, touch of cassis jelly and pumpkin, dark mineral notes, rose petals, green bacon and prominent yellow spice. Juicy, concentrated and cool on the palate, tremendously juicy, tart, ground black pepper, prunes, tobacco and lemon thyme, black berries, dark earthy and mineral notes, very polished, incredible substance, shines with tranquility and harmony, noticeable grippy tannins, challenging acidity, deep and complex, easily balances the alcohol, prominent, very aromatic black pepper and some tarry notes on a long finish. Brings out the goose bumps.
