Elegant, fairly complex nose, peppery and earthy notes, mature pomaceous fruit, ripe yellow stone fruit, dried apricots and prunes, touch of mountain flowers, soup greens, light nutty notes and topsoil. Juicy, cool and polished on the palate, salty, vegetal and white nuttyaromas, dried medicinal herbs and wild flowers, elegant, marbled acid structure, nevertheless tranquil with an earthy foundation, refreshing bite on a very good finish.
