Intense, firm, deep, complex nose, yeasty and some light floral notes, elegant vegetal and delicate peppery notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, herbs, some yellow spice, tremendous minerality. Ripe, very firm, juicy, tart fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and more elegant vegetal aromas, lively, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, concentrated, deep and persistent, complex, intense earthy and salty mineral notes, yellow and some peppery spice, hint of red peperoni peppers, yellow and green fruit, smoky traces in the background, dried sage, still largely undeveloped, excellent depth, long, firm, juicy finbish with spicy vegetal and more mineral notes. Needs time to mature.
