Editor note: Prominent mineral notes on the nose, honeydew melon, lychee and some pomaceous fruit, herbaceous notes as well as some sauerkraut. Delicate tart vegetal notes on the palate, some more pomaceous fruit, floral and herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, slightly rough tannins in the background, mineral foundation, bone dry style, but also very creamy, quite persistent on the palate, appears closed, good long finish. At this stage, the tannins and the sauerkraut notes prevent a higher rating.
