Cool, yeasty nose, citrus fruit and some apples, red berries, vegetal notes. Clear, polished, predominantly cool fruit on the palate, elegant tart spice, lively fine mousse, prominent yeasty notes, very harmonious, quite persistent, an enjoyable wine, very good finish.
