Light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, predominantly red berries and cherries, peppery traces. Tart fruit on the palate, light smoky notes, herbs and spices, fine sandy tannins, slightly astringent nutty aromas, hint of cocoa, salty notes in the background, noticeable warm alcohol, good persistence, light bite, hint of mushrooms and bacon, light floral as well as spicy ethereal notes, very good finish.
