Knochentrockene, fest gewirkte Frucht im Mund, kräuterig-vegetabile, erdige und deutlich salzig-mineralische Noten, lebendige, feine Säure und leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kompromisslos herb, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
