Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuteriger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Hefe, floralen und vegetabilen Nuancen sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik. Straff und herb-saftig im Mund, reife, dabei verhältnismäßig kühl wirkende Frucht mit vegetabilen bis kräuterigen Aromen, wieder ein wenig Hefe und deutlicher Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure und etwas Griff, hat Kraft und Schmelz, nussige Anklänge, ein Hauch Pfeffer, sehr guter, recht fester Abgang mit herbem Saft, recht frischen pflanzlichen Noten und wieder leicht pfeffriger Würze.
