Tart, vegetal, nutty and slightly yeasty bouquet with rather bright yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances and distinct minerality. Quite dry, finely juicy, again rather bright fruit with yeasty, vegetal and delicately nutty tones, fine, lively acidity, noticeable grip, lasting, lots of chalky-salty minerality, good depth, quite complex, very good, firm, tart and mineral finish. Needs to mature a little more
