Translate to English Vegetabiler, sehr mineralischer, kräuteriger und einen Hauch pfeffriger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Straffe, reife, saftige Frucht mit kräuterigen und angedeutet floralen Aromen, feine Säure, etwas Griff, im Hintergrund kreidig-erdige Mineralik, gute Nachhaltigkeit, rotbeerige Spuren, gewisse Tiefe, speckige Nuancen, sehr guter, saftiger, griffiger und mineralischer Abgang. Editor note: Complex nose, elegant spice, pomaceous fruit, melon and some citrus, herbaceous, very light floral and prominent mineral notes. Clear and very juicy on the palate, fruit not totally dry, herbs and spices, some more very light floral notes, strong reminder of very good olive oil, elegant, lively acidity, some yeasty traces in the background, very good persistence and has some depth, mineral backbone, long finish.
