Editor note: Partly-dried floral notes on the nose, earthy notes, tart yellow fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, hint of bacon, herbaceous, earthy and mineral notes. Firmly structured, tart fruit on the palate, light vegetal notes, touch of yellow spice, very elegant acidity, chalky, salty mineral notes, hint of bacon and some mushrooms, light yeasty notes, light tannic grip, nutty traces, some depth, very good finish.
Best to drink: Mid-2020-2024+
