Firm, deep nose, partly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit, hint of capers, touch of elderflower, prominent, slightly smoky mineral notes. Ripe, firm, creamy, slightly warm fruit on the palate, prominent smoky and light nutty notes, hint of tobacco, dried vegetal notes, touch of elderflower, light earthy and mineral notes, firm grip, full body, good depth, very good finish, both firm and creamy at the same time.
