Vegetable to herbaceous and slightly floral nose with light yellow fruity tones. Restrained, very dry fruit, yeasty, nutty and floral aromas, moderate acidity, a hint of tannin, hinted of butter on the palate, certain persistence, quite good finish with a delicate melt.
